HALL HIRE RATES – June 2024
CHARGE FOR MAIN HALL (DAY/EVENING)
All Day £330.00 – 10am to Midnight (includes 1 member of staff from 12pm until 6pm) OR 7pm – 12.00pm
Evening £200.00 - 7.00pm to Midnight (includes 1 member of staff)
(We do not allow hire for parties age 14-21 years)
Deposit £100, payable to hold date, full payment at least one month before function.
Deposit must be paid to book the hall we do not take provisional bookings.
The Meeting Room £15.00 an Hour
Kids Parties in Annex Area - £30.00 an Hour (Age 3 – 13) - £30.00 deposit required.
Funeral Hall Hire £100.00
Hire of Kitchen £50.00
Payments can be made by Cash, Card, or bank transfer
NOTES TO HIRER – CONDITIONS OF HIRE
THE COMMUNITY CENTRE WILL PROVIDE THE BAR AND 1 MEMBER OF STAFF FOR PERSONS UP TO 50 A CHARGE OF £80.00. FOR MORE STAFF £80.00 PER MEMBER OF STAFF WIL BE CHARGED. LATEST DOOR ENTRY TO THE CENTRE IS 10.45PM.
ALL DRINKS MUST BE CONSUMED BY MIDNIGHT. LAST DANCE 11.45PM.
EXCESS BREAKAGES OF GLASSES WILL BE CHARGED FOR.
NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS IS ALLOWED TO PURCHASE OR CONSUME ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.
THE CENTRE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY.
THERE IS NO ENTRY TO THE MEMBERS BAR.
